My dearest husband Joe, thank you for standing by me every minute of every day. Through the times I love myself and the times I don’t, you are always there for me and I am forever deeply thankful for you.
Thank you also to all my friends and fans in Peekskill, NY who introduced me to The Who, this album is for you.
Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey, John Entwistle and Keith Moon: you have deeply touched the souls of millions of people around the world, and I am no exception. Every time I play your music I feel indescribable joy, for which I am eternally grateful. For me your music even works beautifully without lyrics!

I am so blessed to be able to use my visual art talent as well as my musical talent when I create the projections and lighting for my shows. And now, I will be collaborating with genius clothes designer Jane Wilson-Marquis on a new streetwear line to be released in 2019. Here are some of the designs.
Thank you to our dear friends Philip Aronson and Dr. Felicia Stoler for inviting us to the beach. There's nothing better than feeling the warm sun and wind on one's skin, and listening to the sound of the waves
Such an interesting time recently. I had an amazing breakthrough last Sunday when I attended a women's transformational day at Duchess Manor in Beacon NY. We did a powerful forgiveness exercise which completely cleared the black cloud I had felt I was walking around with for a week. It was ground breaking for me to realize yet again that everything is inside of us, and by clearing that, the light can shine through more brightly than ever. I felt light as a feather at the end of that beautiful day. Thank you Kacey Morabito Green and Melia Marzollo for creating it.
Just had to share this beautiful poem by my dear fan Richard Hansen - thank you Richard!
Drowning in light, her hair tuned vast
and far sonatas. In the dark,
gold gathers the light to make the past
a startled semibreve less stark.
What grace is this to me that I
have lived such bitter years to hear
music in answer to the why
that roared with silence and with fear?
Look where the light – and listen where
her deft fragility is more
than time’s ability to care
for the broken echoes of before.
Yes, I’m a broken man – and so?
Her eyes were gold with flakes of sea
whose echo was a dawn of snow
that rhymed a better man of me.

We had a wonderful day today, the girls sounded absolutely beautiful! A great way to end a tough month. Somehow, even though I had many incredible moments of meditation & bliss, this month there was a kind of dismal feeling lurking in the back of my mind which I kept having to work hard to get rid of. February 1st tomorrow, and I feel so excited it is nearly like New Year's Eve!

We are just about to play our 11th concert in China, tonight in Wuxi.
This tour has been incredible for my band - both musically and also for me to learn how to be a better leader. How to love & accept everyone just as they are, and grow together from there.
I have an incredible team in every way - booking agent, tour managers, lighting engineer, sound engineer, and instrument truck drivers. Everyone is working hard and giving their everything to make this a fabulous tour. I am truly grateful.
I had two moments on this tour where I wanted to see the city we were in on the day of a concert, and I ended up being exhausted for the show and feeling totally depressed afterwards. Both times, my wonderful team supported me, and of course I have been careful not to do that again.
We are in an extraordinary country, and there is always the balance between seeing this culture, and playing concerts. For the last few days, I have felt great about everything, and so blessed to be here.
A shout out to all my touring team - thank you for being so fantastic!!
And also to our fans - we couldn't do this without you! My band have often said how the meet & greets after our concerts are so rewarding for us - to feel what our music can give is the greatest gift in the world - thank you to each one of you for coming to our shows.
So thrilled that I will be going back to Norway in January to work with Øyvind Lyslo on my April 2016 tour!
